Born in Columbus, Ohio, Sarah Obrecht had the rare experience of living all over the United States throughout her life. While Ohio is home, Sarah has lived in multiple southern states throughout her adult life as well as the West Coast as a child.
Sarah has practiced not only in Ohio but also in Kentucky and Florida, where she is still currently practicing. Sarah specializes in helping first-time home buyers, experienced home buyers, military families, investors, and luxury-seekers find just what they’re looking for in a new home. As a self-proclaimed professional mover and former Marine Corps brat Sarah loves to serve others. Her commitment to giving back to local community heroes is the highlight of her career. One of only a handful of local agents representing Homes for Heroes, Sarah’s genuine enthusiasm for her clients’ goals creates unforgettable buying and selling experiences.
Before entering the real estate industry, Sarah attended Morehead State University. As a college student, Sarah was a member of her college cheerleading team, and participated in Greek life. After College, she worked in the dental field through multiple family relocations. Sarah quickly realized she thrives most when helping others. After her own terrible experience with her first home purchase, she quickly recognized there was no better way to serve than by expertly guiding people through their most significant financial and family decisions – their real estate purchases.
Sarah is highly involved in the local community, from coaching local high school athletes to mentoring new real estate agents, her dedication overflows for those who serve alongside her. One of Sarah's greatest achievements is being able to reinvests a portion of her commission to organizations that support teachers, military, law enforcement, medical professionals, and firefighters. Beyond her work in real estate, Sarah enjoys being a high school cheerleading coach, baseball mom and wife.
